Pointer Disappears

1. Did you inadvertently turn the pointer Off? The pointer On/Off button is right above the # 3 key on the remote.
2. Unplug the Dongle from the USB port on the right side of your TV Box, wait 15 seconds, plug it back in and wait 20 seconds, then press any of the arrow keys around the OK Button.
3. Replace the Batteries in the remote.
If the mouse/Pointer is still not working it is probably time for a new remote! Replacement remote is $15
